Oloruntobi Opawoye is a Senior Associate and Head of the firm’s Technology Litigation Practice. She advises and represents clients in the technology sector across a wide range of contentious matters, including contractual and regulatory disputes, data-related claims, and enforcement of rights involving emerging and disruptive technologies. She is regularly engaged in high-stakes litigation and alternative dispute resolution, helping clients navigate complex legal and commercial challenges.
With a strong foundation in intellectual property law, Oloruntobi adds significant value to disputes involving IP-driven assets and innovation. She is a core member of the firm’s Brand Protection practice and previously led the team handling contentious matters before the Nigerian Trademarks Registry.
Oloruntobi serves as Deputy Sector Head of the firm’s Health & Pharmaceuticals sector, supporting legal and strategic solutions for clients across the healthcare and life sciences industries.
She is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK) and sits on the Legislation & Regulations Committee of the International Trademark Association (INTA). Her expertise has earned international recognition from The Legal 500, World IP Review, and World Trademark Review.
