In the real estate sector, Joshua has acted for institutional investors, developers, and commercial entities, families and individuals in the acquisition, development, leasing, and disposal of premium residential and commercial real estate assets across multiple states in Nigeria. His work spans title due diligence, transaction structuring, regulatory compliance, and perfection of legal interests.

In the infrastructure space, he possesses a unique understanding of Nigeria’s Public Private Partnership (PPP) frameworks at both the national and sub-national levels. He has advised on landmark projects, including the concession of federal highways under the Federal Ministry of Works’ Highway Development and Management Initiative (HDMI), as well as other PPP transactions at the state level involving transport, real estate, and utility infrastructure.

In the energy sector, he has advised on key upstream and power sector transactions, including the review and negotiation of Joint Venture Agreements, Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), EPC Contracts, and Refinery Development Agreements. He was part of the team that advised two successful bidders in the 2020 Marginal Field Bid Round, providing regulatory and transactional support from bid submission to award.
