She has extensive experience in Mergers & Acquisitions; Corporate Restructuring; Banking and Finance; Private Equity; Competition and Consumer Protection; Corporate Commercial Practice; and Regulatory Compliance.
Comfort has broad expertise advising on complex M & A transactions on the domestic and international scenes and advises both individuals and corporates. The latter include international brands and top-tier Nigerian banks; private equity firms; development finance institutions; and government departments and agencies. Comfort guides her clients through a wide range of commercial concerns, including fund formation; fund structuring; legal due diligence; acquisitions; divestments; restructurings; mergers; and other commercial arrangements. She also routinely advises clients on competition law and merger filings and has extensive experience in consumer protection; labour and employment matters; tax; power; and aviation.
