AssociateChidozie is an Associate at the Firm and a Team Lead in the Banking & Finance Practice. He is also a core member of the Energy & Infrastructure team. His practice focuses on Project Finance, Trade Finance, Infrastructure Finance, as well as General Corporate Advisory.
About
He regularly advises financial institutions on bilateral and syndicated loan transactions, with deep experience in cross-border finance. Notably, Chidozie advised an international wholesale investment bank on a $200 million unsecured loan facility to Africa Finance Corporation (AFC), a deal that enabled critical regional development projects.
As a key member in the Firm’s Banking Regulation Practice, Chidozie helps banks and other financial institutions navigate CBN regulations and industry compliance frameworks.
In recognition of his technical depth and client-focused approach, he was named a “Recommended Lawyer” in Banking & Finance by The Legal 500 (2024 edition).
